Sweet Saturdays Package - $599
2 hours of photography, natural light on location
2 Retouched images Included - (light retouching such as removing hairs and softening lines)
ADDITIONAL Retouched images - $25 /image (this is LIGHT retouching such as softening lines and removing hair. Advanced retouching is outsourced to a referred vendor and will be bid separately.)
A photo session with me includes:
- A phone consultation determining what type of shoot you need
- Saturday shoot date (I shoot mainly fashion and need to be available weekdays for commercial clients)
- Styling consultation when you arrive for your photo shoot
- Me photographing you and transporting you between different good locations for photography
- A Downloadable Online Link to your Session, watermarked proofs of all the good images (you will only ever receive high-res of retouched images)
- Your selected retouched images sent to you in high resolution and resized and optimized for your online casting profiles

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY LOOKS?
Looks are considered wardrobe changes. Along with the wardrobe we will change the lighting and backrounds as well. You may add or take away one piece such as glasses or a jacket to a look without having count as a different look. For my standard session, it seems 3-4 is a good number for 2 hours. I wouldn’t recommend extensive hair/ make-up changes as it takes up a lot of your photography time and electrictiy for hair tools isn’t always available on location.
WHERE DO WE SHOOT/ WILL WEATHER EFFECT MY SHOOT?
This will vary based on our initial phone conversation, and largely depend on how we decide to depict you. It’s rare with extreme weather in L.A, but should it occur on your shoot day and you’re not happy with the result, we will re-book for another day.
IS A MAKEUP ARTIST REQUIRED?
Not at all! If you’re used to doing your own hair and make-up, that’s ok by me, but please come camera ready to your session.
If you want to hire someone prior to showing up, and/or bring them to the session, that's also entirely up to you. But we'll be on location and it's highly unlikely electricity for hot tools will be available.
We will talk to you about how you typically wear your hair & makeup so that we can make sure it is an accurate representation of you! The makeup should be fresh and natural looking making your features POP, not heavy and noticeable. The hair should be camera ready when you come so we can see how you wear it. How you look that day has to represent the same person that walks into a casting. It is a collaboration, and we can't read your mind, so we encourage you to speak up if you want something changed , or something does not feel like you with the makeup.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY SHOOT?
In the days following the shoot you will get an email with a link to a dropbox online gallery of your shoot (watermarked) which you can download your images from. From there you will choose which photo you would like to be retouched, and receive them back within 3-5 business days. Two retouched images are included in the session fee. You will only receive high-res of retouched images, all other images distributed will be watermarked proofs.

Send me an email at sarah@sarahrenard.com and I’ll send you a few available dates. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold you date, via Venmo.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION LIST IF I WANT TO SHOOT SOONER THAN YOU'RE AVAILABLE?
Yes! Once you book a date please let us know if you want to be added to the cancellation list. If another Actor/ model has to cancel or reschedule then we will notify Actors/ models on the list in the order they were added, and you will be offered the chance to shoot sooner.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
I do and it’s a $200 deposit against your $599 session fee. My rescheduling & cancellation policies are as follows.
In the unlikely event that Sarah St Clair Renard Photography LLC is unable to provide the services on the scheduled date, the CLIENT may reschedule the session and the terms of this Agreement to a future date or terminate the agreement without further action.
If for any reason the CLIENT needs to reschedule the session date with notification less than 72 hours from scheduled date the $200 deposit will be exercised as a kill fee by SSCR Photography LLC.
If for any reason the CLIENT needs to cancel the session date, the CLIENT is required to do so in writing via e-mail and obtain cancellation confirmation from SSCR Photography LLC. The $200 deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is within 72 hours of scheduled date.
A "no show" (client does not show up at the scheduled time and has given no notification) will be charged the entire shoot amount.
